Strengthening the Underground Church Movement in the Middle East
In regions of the Middle East where it is illegal to live publicly as a Christian, courageous believers gather quietly in homes often in small, hidden groups to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. House of Omeed USA is deeply connected to these underground church leaders and members who choose faith over fear every single day.
Because traditional churches cannot exist in these environments, underground believers often lack access to formal discipleship, pastoral teaching, and biblical resources. We support them by providing culturally relevant, biblically grounded training and materials designed specifically for their context. Our ministry strengthens their faith, equips them to stand firm under persecution, and helps them grow as resilient disciples of Jesus in some of the world’s most hostile environments.
Bible Distribution
In many parts of the Middle East, owning or printing a Bible is illegal—and for many believers, having a personal copy of God’s Word is only a distant dream. Through trusted underground church networks and creative, secure channels, House of Omeed USA works tirelessly to place Bibles into the hands of persecuted Christians who long to read and live by Scripture.
These Bibles become lifelines for believers navigating persecution, isolation, and spiritual hunger. Through our evangelism programs, underground church members also distribute Bibles to those they are sharing the gospel with—men and women who are curious, seeking truth, or encountering Jesus for the very first time. Every Bible delivered is an act of courage, hope, and eternal significance.
Underground Church Leaders Conferences
Because the church cannot operate legally in many Middle Eastern nations, underground church leaders have no access to Bible schools, theological training, or leadership development. This has created a critical gap in raising up mature, equipped leaders capable of shepherding the rapidly growing underground church movement.
To meet this need, House of Omeed operates a strategic program called Healing of the Persecuted Church, centered around confidential underground church leaders conferences. At these gatherings—held in secure locations—we bring network leaders together for:
- Intensive Bible-based teaching
- Leadership development and ministry training
- Mentorship, soul care, and encouragement
- Strategic planning for ministry multiplication
After being trained, these leaders return to their home countries and disciple others. The impact multiplies exponentially as leaders make disciples who then make more disciples. These conferences strengthen entire underground church networks and ensure that persecuted believers receive the biblical guidance they desperately need.
Media Ministry
House of Omeed USA also ministers through powerful media outreach. We produce evangelism and discipleship programs that are broadcast through satellite channels and social media platforms. Although governments heavily restrict internet access, they cannot block satellite signals—allowing believers and seekers alike to receive biblical teaching safely within their homes.
Through these programs, Christians in highly restricted countries can grow in their faith without exposing themselves to danger. Many seekers contact us after watching—asking questions about Jesus, requesting prayer, or expressing a desire to receive a Bible. This ministry has become one of our most effective tools for reaching the unreached, discipling new believers, and supporting underground churches across the Middle East.
